Aya: She can stand up by herself, and stay standing for a while. So funny to see her drinking a bottle standing up. It looks like a guy drinking a beer. She can do pretend play with a toy telephone, wave hands for "bye bye", and the other day she was climbing up the exercauser! She crawls fast, very curious about everything.

Koto is also growing up nicely. She is the most independent girl. As soon as we take her out of her crib in the morning, she is the one who takes off to see what her two older brothers are doing in the living room. She loves to clap hands, loves doing pick-a-boo, and dances with my singing. She can also stand for a while.
Koto, giving you a funny face.

Naoto is a cutie. He is (for some reasons) more like "a baby" to me than Aya and Koto, my girls. Naoto needs more holding, cuddling, and tickling play. He crawls fast, and eats very well. He is the kind of guy who needs to sleep well, so he naps the lontest. He does not do much tricks compared to girls, but according to our pediatrician, we are seeing the difference in development based on their genders. The girls grow up faster, she said. He actually looks like a girl, so people sometimes wonder if she is the girl, and my girls are actually boys.
Naoto, still dealing with his stranger anxiety. He is getting better.

We are now doing a crazy thing,,,, MOVING! We are moving in less than two weeks, so we are now packing like crazy. After we move, we need to put our house on the market, and to do so we need to upgrade our house; change our windows to double pane window, paint inside and out, renovate our kitchen totally, replace all the light fixtures, and renovate our kitchen floor too. It is too bad that we can not enjoy any of the updates on our current house, because everything is done after we move out. However, I remind myself that we could not do any construction because of Kai, who had been going through heavy chemotherapy for almost 4 years. The fact that he is still here with us is far better than trying to do renovation and exposing him to dangerous construction dust.
Kai is doing great. He is two months into out of treatment. He took his catheter which was implanted in his chest. He keeps asking us to take him to a swimming pool, but we are still a little hesitant to put him into a germ-filled public swimming pool. Our new house has a pool, so we will let him try swimming from our own pool first (with lots of chlorine!)

Tomo is doing great too. He is graduating his daycare soon. He said he would like a brownies for his graduation. He is still quite a media guy, loving PC game and Nintendo DS, but he also still likes learning new things too. I did not know but now Tomo recognize almost all alphabets, and he started to read too. I am glad that we waited one year to start kindergarten. Instead of being the youngest, now he will be one of the oldest, and he is definitely ready now. I hope he will make lots of friends in kindergarten!

Time does really fly! Your children are beautiful! It is funny how one of the trio can become "the baby"...Logan is mine. :)
Ah.. your kids so are cute! I can't believe your babies are almost one, and I'm so glad to hear about Kai!
My baby girl (a week shy of 10 months) is so much more developmentally advanced than my two boys - she is crawling and pulling up and standing and into everything! One of my boys is crawling (he started almost two months after my girl) and the other boy doesn't even want to try - he might roll if he really wants to get somewhere. He's also my one who wants to be held all the time (I don't think he realizes he's a triplet), while they other two are more independent.
I'm so glad they have a mix of personalities and different needs and wants. It helps!
I hope your move goes well!
I hope your family is doing well and survived the move! Are your kiddos walking yet?
