2 years old!

Well,,, it is a day early, but they will be two years old tomorrow.

I appreciate the fact that they are all healthy. The last time they got sick was February, (I think,,, if my memory is correct) due to Rota virus, but they have not had fever or anything for a long time. That is the best gift for me from them.

They have been talking both in Japanese and in English, and they are very active toddlers! When I take them to the park, I am running everywhere, and still, someone manages to find a moment to open up the park gate and escape! I have to run like a wind to get him/her/them. They are very communicative too, so it is getting more and more fun to talk to them.

I wonder what our next one year will be like, but I hope they remain happy and fun.

Here is Aya, talking to me in Japanese (and also in English) through a crib tent hole.

Here is Koto, talking to me, telling me that she needs to change her diaper.

Here is Naoto, just trying to wake up from his nap.

After waking up from the nap, Koto then gets out from the crib while still in a sleep sack.

Then,,, Aya does the same,,,.

Naoto is not that good at climbing out of the crib, but we know he can do it, because we find him out of the crib in the morning. However, he has not yet shown to us how he does it in front of us. I wonder he is hiding his true ability,,,.

But he is great with spending time in his own crib, singing. We can listen to his singing through the baby monitor for a long long time before he finally falls asleep.
